Makeup trends: A/W 2012 Big, Bold Brows

Big brows aren’t showing any sign of leaving us just yet, if anything they’re only getting bigger and bolder.

If Chanel’s bejewelled brows aren’t for you, go for dark and exaggerated a la Missoni’s manly take on the look, or brushed up and bushy like Burberry.

Thick, dark brows instantly define your face, so don’t over pluck! Try lining up a pencil from the outside of your nose to the outer corner of your eye – your brows should extend to this line. Brush brows into shape and then fill them in using a matte shadow that is one or two shades lighter than your own hair – my MATTE SHADOW in CEDAR is great for fairer hair types, or if you’re a brunette try it in DARK BROWN.
