Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Daniel Sandler Cosmetics Ltd, in collaboration with the British Beauty Council.
2. Eligibility
• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Open to UK only.
• Employees of Daniel Sandler Cosmetics Ltd, the British Beauty Council, their families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
• To enter, submit your response to the question:
“What does the future of beauty mean to YOU?”
• Entries can be in the form of a few words, a short paragraph, or a creative statement.
• Submit your entry via the form at: https://www.danielsandler.com/pages/competition
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
4. Competition Period
• The competition opens on Monday 20th October 2025 09:00 UTC and closes on Sunday 26th October 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
• Entries received after this date will not be considered.
5. Prizes
• 1st Prize: Makeup Masterclass with Daniel Sandler, Daniel Sandler Brush Collection and Daniel Sandler Watercolour™ Riviera Collection
• 2nd Prize: Daniel Sandler Brush Collection and Daniel Sandler Watercolour™ Riviera Collection
• 3rd Prize: Daniel Sandler Brush Collection
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• Masterclass via Zoom and will last one hour
• The Masterclass needs to be booked within 6 months of being notified of winning
  6. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Winners will be selected by a judging panel made up of representatives from Daniel Sandler and the British Beauty Council, based on creativity, originality, and relevance.
  • Winners will be notified via email by Monday 3rd November 2025.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
  7. Use of Entries
  • By entering, you grant Daniel Sandler Cosmetics Ltd and the British Beauty Council the right to use, reproduce, and publish your entry (with or without your name) for promotional purposes on websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  8. Data Protection
  • Personal data supplied will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Daniel Sandler Privacy Policy.
  9. General
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
