    I was a bit unsure about this purchase as I generally tend towards warmer undertones where blush is concerned and the kit contains 2 cool colours. I am happy to report I am completely sold!! I love the fact that I can use 1 or all 3 colours at the same time and also just have a wash of colour for daytime whilst building it up for going "out out". The cooler (pinky) tones look great but I also have the option of warming them up with the warm blush. For reference, my complexion falls into deep category but I do have a neutral undertone. I'm so happy with this kit that I will also be buying the Hot Totty bronzer and more than likely the brush (I've literally just been using my fingers and achieving good results but I think the brush will probably give better control when placing the product).

    I am a film and tv makeup artist and these watercolour blushes are a gamechanger. I used them on an actress and was asked if the actress had had a facelift. The gentle colour and subtle sheen are just ‘chefs kiss’. A particular banger is the outrageous orange shade “Crush”. On a dark skin it is just gorgeous. Liquids are all i use, Aunt Sally is firmly in retirement and can stay that way!

About Watercolour Liquid Starter Set - For Black Skins

Add colour to your cheeks with Watercolour Liquid Cheek Colour. The award-winning formula is light-weight so you can build up colour depending on the look you want to create, without weighing the skin down. The silicone formula makes it water-resistant and rub-proof, meaning the colour will stay put and last all day, so there's no need to keep reapplying it. They're super blendable upon application, so you can apply it to the right part of the cheeks without leaving heavy lines, giving a really natural look. You'll look youthful and radiant. Wear on cheeks, eyes & lips.

How To Use

The special ingredients in your Watercolour Liquid Cheek Colour may separate in the bottle, but don't worry, just shake the bottle to mix evenly before each use. Unscrew the cap then squeeze out one tiny drop of Watercolour Liquid on the back of your hand. Using the Waterbrush or your fingers, pick up a first drop of colour, apply to cheeks and blend. Using the remaining product, do the same thing on the other cheek. To deepen the colour on your cheeks, re-apply a drop of colour to each cheek and blend. Remember to always replace the screw cap securely.
Apply your Watercolour Liquid after applying your base (a primer to even out pores and fine lines, followed by a foundation and concealer to even your skin tone). It's best to apply it before applying any powder products, as the liquid formula does not layer well on top of powders, but it is fine to use underneath a powder. We therefore don't recommend it for use over a powder foundation or mineral makeup.
